LOC Special Two week Challenge - Delicious Darkness and Smeared Ink REMINDER

Hi! I wanted to remind you about the current LOC Challenge - we are now midway!!

You may have been following the posts showing  my fat book for the
Smeared Ink 12 Days of Creepmas.

First I wanted to share a picture of my finished project...

And this picture shows all the pages inside:

I have used Smeared Ink images on many of the pages!

For more details please look back through my blog - for example
 find Day 12 here!

But my new project for today uses
Brass The Steampunk Reindeer from Smeared Ink -

I started by making an ATC from an embossed 3.5 x 2.5 in. rectangle
with tea dye distress ink to bring out the embossing.

I masked the image with two sides of a ripped piece of paper and added colour between,
using tea dye and festive berries distress ink. I added tea dye around the image too.
I then added some cogs and gems, and finally red liquid pearls to the reindeer's nose.

This then became a feature on my main card:

I used the same process with the larger image, this time matted onto black embossed paper.
Finally I added wooden 'Happy's, also coloured with tea dye distress ink.
I will also share this with Smudgy Antics Challenge #1

Do share your Black Christmas creations with us at LOC

Happy Crafting!
