New Sketch~N~Scrap card Sketch

A new card sketch has been posted at Sketch~N~Scrap today!
Why not have a go and link up your make?

This is the sketch:

Despite spring flowers popping up everywhere, the weather is still pretty wintry
and this saying came to mind...

The March wind doth blow and we shall have snow.

But this is a common misquote - it should be

The North wind doth blow and we shall have snow.

So this is the sentiment I used for my inspiration today!
I just printed it on teh computer...
I just used just the bottom half of the sketch matting and layering papers from my blue scraps.

The snowflakes were cut using a Tim Holtz Snowflake Rosette - a long strip die which is cut up and then stuck in place using a glue good. The paper I was upcycled from a magazine.

Hope you like it and will join us at SNS...!

I think this would be a lovely Christmas card so I will link it to

Happy Crafting!
