Pocket Letters

Please take a look at my Candy here

I have kept seeing pictures of pocket letters that people make ...
and I thought I would make one...

Actually it is just a collection of ATCs...

To start at the beginning - my daughter in law does "Pixie parties" and face-painting in Australia.
She asked me to make her some stencils for air-brushing with my Silver Bullet and Mylar...the designs were originally drawn by her friend. I put them into the software and here we are:

Anyway - I thought I could make myself a stencil for inks and the like...
My daughter was staying at the time - we both had a wonderful time playing and spraying with mists and daubing with daubers.

I ended up with lots of unicorns... which I then cut out with a scalloped oval.
I prepared some ATC bases with snippets of card from my scraps and backgrounds made with shaving foam and food colouring.

I then added the unicorns:

A few gems later and I had these ATCs...

Not sure which is my favourite - but I am going to link one to

For the central ATC in my pocket letter I printed some words on the computer to make the following:

So here's my pocket letter...

I was absolutely delighted to receive a prize in the post today from Lost Coast Designs - courtesy of the Edgar Allan Poe Appreciation Blog Hop

The prize I chose was the Mini Cracked Critters...

Watch this space to see my first make!!

Anyway when I nipped over to the Lost Coast Portal Of Creativity to leave a thank you comment what did I find but the current challenge is Pocket Letters - Will have to link up!!

Happy Crafting!!
