On the 7th Day of Christmas

My plan had been to post something crafty on each of the 12 days of Christmas.
I am not sure I will manage it but I am going to give it a go...

My seventh day...
You may have noticed I was trying to have one item for Day 1,
two items for Day 2, three items for Day 3,
four items for Day 4 and so on.

As you know I make my Christmas cards all through the year - and when it came to November/December I made a batch of these and I was just about there...

I found I was just 7 short...so as I was very pleased with this one I made:

I made another 7 based on the same design...

Merry Christmas!

On the 6th Day of Christmas

My plan had been to post something crafty on each of the 12 days of Christmas.
I am not sure I will manage it but I am going to give it a go...

My sixth day...
You may have noticed I was trying to have one item for Day 1,
two items for Day 2, three items for Day 3,
four items for Day 4 and so on.

So for Day 6, I am adding 6 things that have been put up in previous Christmasses...

This Advent Calendar was made for my kids 30 odd years ago...

My Christmoose was made by my niece Ella last year...

My brother made me the Christmas tree last year...

I made the ribbon wreath a couple of years ago...

Ella also made this reindeer head
a couple of years ago...

I decided to put some of my baubles in a large glass bowl (with lights)

Merry Christmas!

On the third day of Christmas...

My plan had been to post something crafty on each of the 12 days of Christmas.
I am not sure I will manage it but I am going to give it a go...

My third item...
I saw three ships come sailing in...

These were a joint venture between my brother (who whittled the huls from some old colliery ladder rungs), my sister (who machined the sails) and me. I put them together...

Merry Christmas!

On the second day of Christmas...

My plan had been to post something crafty on each of the 12 days of Christmas.
I am not sure I will manage it but I am going to give it a go...

My second item is the snowman by my front door...
My daughter and I make lots of things together and this was mainly her handiwork...she made two snowmen.

We used logs from our log store, buttons for the features and part of one of my scarves.

Merry Christmas!

On the First Day of Christmas...

Things have been crazy here...
My Mum ended up being rushed into hospital for an emergency operation in the early hours of Christmas Eve. So far she is doing pretty well...

But it has been a strange Christmas so far...
I missed my LOC post and I had a super Bloobel image to use.
Hopefully I will get that sorted soon!

But my plan had been to post something crafty on each of the 12 days of Christmas.
I am not sure I will manage it but I am going to give it a go...

My first item is my December page of my mixed media calendar....

I added a fairly easy page this month - white card matted with DP from my stash.
I then added a die cut and some embellishments and printed December with an Inkadinkadoo stamp.

Merry Christmas!

2016 Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop

Winter 2016 Blog Hop
A very quick post to add a 'coffee' card to the 2016 Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop
I almost missed it...

Anyway here is a little paperpieced card using a digi from Digi Digi Doodle - don't know if it is still available - I added some liquid pearls to the berries and face. I printed the words on the computer.
The photo is pretty bad as I had problems with reflections.

I will link this to the blog hop...
