Here is my work table today:

I took part in a virtual retreat over the weekend - well actually Thursday to Sunday. The journal page on the desk easel is from this (a workshop by Mel Johns).
In the foreground is a page from an Emma Zappone workshop - my second of two:

Here is the state of my computer desk when I was part through a Niamh Baly workshop:

I finished off week eight of the ICADS:

I then started the last week which has theme mandalas, patterns etc but I have yet to photograph them. I will share next week...

I have almost finished the  Junk Journal July 2024 I will write a blog tomorrow to show the last few pages...
Today we are looking after Ollie so I don't get much chance to do anything else...

Anyway that's all from me today. Hope to visit you all later... last week l was very late!

Leigh SB Fan Feature

I recently won a prize in one of  Leigh's Challenges

I chose one of the wonderful slimline kitties and made this simple card:

Find Leigh's post about it here

The image I used is Party Puss

My card is a blue slimline card blank matted with green then a designer paper from my scraps.

I coloured the image with markers and cut it out.

I placed the image on top of a journaling card also from my stash.

Creative Warriors Inspiration Team - New Term #6

This is my next inspiration for the Creative Warriors Inspiration Team

with Michelle Grant Designs

You will see our inspirational creations on the Facebook Group

Today I have used images from Be the Rainbow

I have been taking part in the Junk Journal July 2024 project. I made a concertina journal out of various upcycled scraps - mainly different shopping bags and book paper.

Yesterday's prompt was 'ephemeral' - and I thought of a rainbow...

I started my page with some bookpaper - actually those pieces on the right are dictionary pages explaining 'ephemeral'. I then added the trimmed images from 'Be The Rainbow'.

I then started adding ephemera - the 'sun' is piece of a Gelli pull - the 'cloud' is a die cut. I overstamped the images with a rain stamp (Altenew) in black Versafine and embossed this with clear embossing powder.

I found another rainbow in my scraps...

WOYWW #790

It is Wednesday so I am linking to WOYWW at Sarah's craft shed

Here is my work table today:

You can see my junk journal which is getting rather fat! There is an index card ready to go. On the desk easel is the journal page I blogged some while ago - this journal is getting rather full so the pages have flopped open to here. The rest is some new stuff or tools in use.

My computer desk shows some tags, with tags in folds made to look like faux envelopes, in progress.

I finished off week seven of the ICADS:

I then started week 8 which has theme Colors, color charts, color wheels and color palettes.

I am a half way through #53...

I have done more of the  Junk Journal July 2024 .  See this post for the last week...and it is the featured post.

Apart from that I have made various things like this tag for Gecko Galz on Facebook

and some junk journal swap items like these tag folders:

Anyway that's all from me today. Hope to visit you all later... last week it turned out I didn't have a moment...

Happy WOYWW!
