This is my post for WOYWW#907

Here is my desk today:

As usual the working area has become minimal - how does this always happen? This next picture shows me working on a tiny corner of my table when we still lived in the UK - maybe 7 years ago? I think it's time for a big tidy up!!

Anyway on my work table you might be able to see a Visible Image Sunflower stamp which I have been using a lot recently, plus some Sunflower papers. The background has not changed much!!

I have been continuing with my 31 days of Halloween project. These were the last three double pages of this project:

This obviously takes up much of my crafting time but I did make some journaling cards with scraps from my desk:

Then today our daughter had a day off 'in lieu' so we met up, had lunch at a garden centre - Sophie had a voucher to spend so this meant much deliberation before she chose something!

We then called at the beach near her house and I loved all the wildflowers...

Finally back at Sophie's house she and I tried our hand at a bit of quilling - I think we need a bit more practice!

Sending hugs to all connected to WOYWW.

  1. Happy busy-day WOYWW
Off to take DD to her hair appointment first thing, then knitting. Oh my but that beach looks enticing. And the sunflowers look so cheery. The sun came out but it's been a rainy morning otherwise. Also a member of the desk-corner crowd LOL! Creativity in a smidge of space is my specialty! Not able to use Google to comment this week. I wonder why?

  4. Oh am so pleased to see you working in a minimal space 7 years apart, no matter how we try, some things just don’t change! It would hold your mojo in check if you tried to create in any other way - it’s all good! I must say lunch with Sophie and a stroll beach side sounds good, and I think your quilling looks great!

  9. Do you know you have a black spider walking across your page. Haha. I don´t do anything for Halloween and as there are not many children where I live no one visits houses etc. Saying that I like your projects for the ghostly time. Your coastal area looks very much where I live, but we still have the tourists here as it is English half term holiday. Craftyani
