Bloody Valentine Blog Hop!

This inspired me to make a card using 'bleeding heart' images...


I printed both my images
 (Bleedinghearts300 from British Isles Artworks and 'bleeding hearts' by Rebecca Sinz)
 on watercolour paper and then watercoloured them with Memento Re-Inkers.
I tore out each image and then distressed them with 'scattered straw' distress ink.
Each image was matted onto handmade paper and then layered onto a beige card base.
Finally I added a metal heart.
