So today is Friday and Smeared Ink Day!
I decided to combine this with Smeared and Smudged Freaky Freebie Challenge
where the image is given...
I thought this image was a bit voodoo-ish so I decided to add pins and a skull...
Ingredients:
Red card blank.
Matting and layering papers in black and cream - the image is printed on cream.
Promarkers - red, cool grey 4, cool grey 1, ivory, blush
Skull - from haberdashers
Pins, gems, pearls and small bow from my stash.
Happy Hopping!
Fabulous Susan! I love that skull. Great colouring of the image too! x
ReplyDeleteGreat layout and fab skull. He almost looks flocked. Love how you've colored the image minimally, too. Red it my fave color. xxD
ReplyDeleteGreat take on the voodoo doll with the pins! She really does remind me of that too! The skull is wonderful and I love the colors!! Super awesome card!
ReplyDeleteAnother great red and black card! What you accomplish with the stash you have on hand is really inspiring!
ReplyDeleteYou have done wonderful things with this image, and with the additional elements.
ReplyDeleteLove it! Great voodoo feel you are right! The pins and bow are awesome. Did you tie that bow, it is so small!! Great red rhinestones, nice touch! Thanks so much for sharing!~kim
ReplyDeleteIt is small - it is a stitched bow...
