Dragons Lair 'Little Extra Fun"

 This was the brief...

If you were locked in a room with a small assortment of items and asked to make a Mother’s

Day or Father’s Day card, would you be able to make it?

This is w
hat is in the room:

• table and chair,

• a pair of scissors,

• an assortment of cardstock some of which have been printed with backgrounds from a

Dragons Lair Designs collection of your choice,

• some quick grab glue,

• a black fineliner,

• and a pack of assorted buttons

Plus your choice of ONE crafting item

Well first of all I had to choose a crafting item - I use my guillotine, score-board and Big Shot on nearly everything...so what should I choose??

I decided on my Big Shot - and the 'Top-Note' die that came with it - a long time favourite!

The cardstock I had printed out was
 12DaysXmas_Blazing Autumn.

I cut two 'Top-notes', folded one to have a small tab, and stuck them together.

Then I cut out various bits from the other shapes and arranged them as so. I would have liked to use dimensionals for the sentiment (which I wrote with the fineliner) but I only had glue.

Finally my bag of buttons...

By the way - I used everything except the chair - I always end up standing to craft...even when I am not stamping...

Happy Crafting!!
