Do take time to hop through the list - there are some brilliant projects to inspire you!
You may know that I only arrived back from holiday a week ago -
this time Australia then Bali - we had a brilliant time!
Anyway while we were away we completed on the sale of our new home
and so collected the keys when we got back last Wednesday.
Since then we have moved!!
We are beginning to get organised -
but you probably realise that crafting has not been top priority!!
Please bear with me ... I have only made a couple of small ATCs this time...
First I am going to remind you of a previous make ...
I have always been fond of Steampunk...you will see Steampunk items regularly on my blog...A recent project used
I masked the image with two sides of a ripped piece of paper and added colour between,
using tea dye and festive berries distress ink. I added tea dye around the image too.
I then added some cogs and gems, and finally red liquid pearls to the reindeer's nose.
Brass The Steampunk Reindeer from Smeared Ink - and I am going to show you this before I move onto the new creations...
I started by making an ATC from an embossed 3.5 x 2.5 in. rectangle

I used the same process with the larger image, this time matted onto black embossed paper.
Finally I added wooden 'Happy's, also coloured with tea dye distress ink.
Today I decided to use 'Brass' again and a stamped steampunk horse... but with a totally different colour scheme:
First I used some Smeared ink digital paper to make my bases and matted them with a clock stamp printed using a homemade ink pad using various re-inkers.
Next I cut out my images and coloured them with Promarkers and matted them on some brown DP.
After assembling the ATCs I added some metal embellishments from my stash.
