Today I would like to show you my make for Ike's World Challenges!
The current Challenge (#48) is "Autumn Colours"...and this is my midway post...

Autumn colours - well that definitely lends itself to my Halloween album...
Firstly in Word I resized Professor Owl and superimposed him on Ivy Corner

Firstly in Word I resized Professor Owl and superimposed him on Ivy Corner
I coloured the owl with Promarkers but for the Ivy corner I decided just to stick over some cellophane - Quality Street wrappers!! Ok - so I thought it was a good idea at the time! Some things don't work out as well as expected!!
I also added some 'Scattered Twigs' Distress Ink...

I then added this to my page after first adding some green dotty paper.
Using a Tim Holtz die I cut owls and a moon - they are actually brown card - and finally added a metal embellishment.

Loving all those owls! I think the wrappers are a very artsy and creative way of adding color to the leaves. xxD

LOL! I also enjoy using Quality Street cellophane wrappers in my artwork...so much fun! I see where you were going with it and it's still a nice pop of autumn colours on your page and looks good with Mr Owl!
