New Challenge at Crafting from the Heart!

Today another CHALLENGE starts at Crafting From The Heart -  "always anything goes"!!

We have a fabulous sponsor for you...

Dr Digi

I have used 2 images - Sandcastle (precoloured) and Derek and Deirdery (coloured with blendable pencil crayons)

I have made both these cards while holidaying in Australia - so very simple!
The background of the first is a white pearlescent card blank matted with a piece of paper from Amy Tangerine's paper pad 'The Sweet Life' - I did a border of zentangling on this with a fineliner. The only other embellishments were some yellow ribbon and three buttons (starfish?)

I will link this to the More Mixed Media Challenge - Yellow
but will have a go at something more 'mixed media' when I get back to my craftroom...

In this second card I have again used papers and a sentiment from the same Amy Tangerine paper pad to mat and layer the card blank.
This time I added some pink heart buttons.

But because I am in Aus - I have been able to play with my granddaughters Isabell (3) and Jasmine (7). Here are their versions of cards using these images - with a little help from me...

Look forward to seeing your makes at Crafting from the Heart!

Happy Crafting!
