Wicked Wednesday ATC Challenge

I recently came across these - Ken Oliver's Color Burst powders


Add them to wet paper for a spectacular effect...this was on a canvas paper...


Anyway - I used a snippet of this for an ATC background matted on some blue and red sparkly card.


I added a Bugaboo image Clown Around Hat coloured with Promarkers.


Finally I added three flower gems.
