This marks the end of the fifth term at House of Cards!
As some of the DT members leave, this blog hop
is to say goodbye and thank you and also thank those who are staying on!
This hop will run FROM June 1ST AT 6:00 AM CST THROUGH June 15TH AT NOON CST, ANY CARD STYLE is welcome and there's a gorgeous photo inspiration for your crafting enjoyment!
***PRIZE WINNERS FROM THE BLOG HOP WILL BE ANNOUNCED ON THE 20TH OF JUNE.***
***CARD WINNERS WILL BE ANNOUNCED NEXT MONTH ON THE 15TH, AS PER THE USUAL AT HOC. THANK YOU!***
Here is the photo inspiration~
So, are you ready to get hopping?! Yep, it's time, but first there are some fabulous sponsors to share with you! Make sure you leave a comment at each person's blog along the way because the prizes are hidden and there will be random drawings from the blogs where they are hiding! :) After you're done, make a creation to share at HOC for another chance to win!
Here are all of our fabulous sponsors - each is offering a brilliant prize!
And here's my make inspired by the photo... Having seen the inspiration photo I decided to use pinks and golds in my card - which is a twisted easel, starting with a white card blank and an extra square of white. The base and easel were matted and layered with dark pink card then DP. The shiny DP I used is from Kaisercraft - and was difficult to photograph!
I have used an image from A Day For Daisies
Happy Birthday Tower, coloured with Promarkers and with pink card rectangles behind the letters which I cut from black card with my 'Big Squeeze'.
I used some dies from Reverse Confetti.
to cut the butterfly wings from the pink - the bodies were cut using my 'Big Squeeze' again.
This picture shows the stand attached with dimensional tape.
Here's the hop order ~
Your next stop is Tina's Blog!
Don't forget to link up a project at HOC after completing the hop, for an extra chance to win a mystery prize from one of the fabulous sponsors, too!
Happy Crafting!
