Once again I am joining in the 31DOH Blog Hop and this is my first post!!
I decided my first make would be the October addition to my Mixed Media Calendar.
(If you want to see previous months pages, please look here)
Each new page is a 5.5 inch square of chipboard.
I have matted this one with two layers of DP -
the first a brown pattern from my stash, the second one from Graphic 45's An Eerie Tale.

I then added a distressed embossed layer.
I prepared this using a Sizzix SU embossing folder, with distress inks applied
(Gathered Twigs, Rusty Hinge and Mowed Lawn).
I then placed a piece of white card inside and ran it through the Big Shot.
I trimmed this and added it to the page.
The next step was to add a clipped sparkly spider, October, the image
and some bat confetti.
I printed October on the computer including pumpkins from Imagine That Digistamps,
torn to a small rectangle and distressed around the edges with Scattered Twigs.
The fussy cut image is from A Day for Daisies.
and is called First flight coloured with Promarkers.

Love how you used the pumpkins for the O in October.
