A Year of ATCs - Day 8

This is my 8th make for a year of ATCs...
and someone said it's National Bubble Bath Day today!!

So I have made a little ATC featuring a trimmed image from  Morgans Art World
Naughty Teddy
coloured with Promamrkers and glitter glue
matted on blue card.
