A Year of ATCs? - Day 67

This is my 67th make for A year of ATCs?



  This ATC used a rectangle of 'wrinkle free distress' background matted on a scrap of grey card. (This is where distress ink is smeared onto the craft mat, spritzed with water and then mopped up with white card)
I coloured the image with Promarkers and sparkly glitter glue and cut it out. I added glossy accents to the eyes and added a three star embellishments.
