A Year of ATCs? - Day 96

This is my 96th make for A year of ATCs?

This ATC started with pink card matted with a scrap of color burst powder background .
I then added Tottie Tulip from Bloobel printed on white and coloured with Chameleon pens
I added glossy accents to the eyes.
This image is for the April Progressive Challenge.
I cut this out and added it to the background.
I then added a wire, bead, leaf and bow embellishment.

    What fun. Had to smile when I saw
    this one.
    I thought that looked like eyes when
    I first saw the picture. As
    I got closer I saw the face.
    Love her hair.
