A Year of ATCs? - Day 251

This is my Day 251 of 'My Year of ATCs?'
and 108 days to Christmas!

I started with pink card matted with a paper  from Decosse's Dynamite Doodles.
I added the sentiment and the lightbulb image - this is the image from
 Limited Runs Progressive Challenge #7 on facebook

 I coloured this with Zig real brush pens and a Wink of Stella
 - it is quite sparkly -
 and cut it out.
