Welcome to the House of Cards May Challenge!
The current challenge is
Shaped Card and/or Colors
Inspired by the colour swatch I made this shaped card:
I was made a card similar to this by a friend many years ago - and it suddenly came to mind!
I started with a strip of blue card 4 inches by 9inches and scored it at 1.5 inch intervals.
I folded it back and forth and then added washi tape (from Paperchase) along each strip.
I added blue ribbon under the washi on one end - this is used to tie the card together.
I then turned to my 'go to' die set for 'flames' - Reverse Confetti's Paisley.
I used scraps from my stash to cut these and attached them as shown.
Finally from another snippet I cut the sentiment - a die from Tonic's ATC collection.
