Here is my inspiration for Happy Little Stampers ATC Challenge

Method:

1. Turquoise Snowflake Designer Paper base.
2. Layers formed using unbranded 'orifice' dies and scraps from my table.
3. Tattered Lace ornament die cut in pink and placed between layers.
4. Added Snowflakes.
