This is my third post for the Spring/Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop.
I was just looking back to last year's Fall/Winter Hop and I completed 20 posts, including little competitions and prizes - so watch this space!
My first project this time was to make some simple, similar cards that could be used as invites for an afternoon tea party...the plan is to have one in June for my Mum and Dad's Platinum Wedding Anniversary (70 years!) This is the third and final design:
Recipe:
1. Square white card base.
2. Layer of green then patterned papers from 'Wonderful Sweetness' 12 by 12 paper pad from The Works. These pads are really good quality paper and are very inexpensive!
3. Using the green paper I die cut 'Tea cups' (Craftstash Apple Blossom die) and added that.
4. I stamped the Tonic stamps TEA & COFFEE, with black Versafine on more of the green paper and die cut them using Craftstash tag dies. I placed these alongside the teacups.
I will link this to the Spring Summer Coffee Lover's Blog Hop
So these are my three designs - depending on how many invites I might need, I will ring the changes with the papers...
And now here is my first trivia question - for the chance of a prize (posting anywhere),
email me the answer before the end of the hop (susanrenshaw0404@gmail.com).
I will announce prize winners on Saturday 11th May.
What percentage of all cups of tea drunk daily in the UK is brewed using teabags?
Happy Hopping!
