Cat Lovers Hop Day 6 (Part 2)

This is another make for the Cat Lovers Hop

I am joining in with the 2019 Cat Lovers Hop

Do pop over and find all the details on Janis' Her Peaceful Garden blog

I thought I would share another postcard - this one from Vintage Image Craft

I like this one too!!

I wonder if you know what my last few posts have been leading towards? I have made various ATCs using some of Laurel Burch's cat images, from Stampendous. Thank you Stampendous for sponsoring the Cat Lovers Hop!!

Yes I am making a pocket letter:

Recipe for each ATC:

  1. White card.
  2. Background using 3 colours of Distress Oxide through stencil  (that came with the stamp set) onto kraft, then spritzed with water.
  3. Images stamped, coloured with Copics and cut out.
  4. Embellishments - small adhesive tiles from docrafts Papermania Country Life

These are the ATCs you haven't seen:

This is the full set:

And here's my PL ready for surprises to go behind - and a recipient...

Happy Hopping!

Almost at the end!!

  2. Oh, what a fantastic page, Susan! And I was right in guessing that it might have been another of Laurel Burch's cats. Honest, I didn't do any sneak peaks. I just love her cats so much, I can recognize even a tiny piece of one. :-D

  3. Oooh, what a great pocket letter! I can see now that the design in the upper left from your previous post is actually just part of a kitty. I haven't been organized enough to make a pocket letter yet, but I love the way you split that larger cat up to fill multiple pockets.

  10. Oh, you are sooooooo clever!! It occurred to me to wonder what you generally used your ATCs for....NOW I see. This is just FABULOUS!!! Pocket letters are soooooooo much fun! This is totally gorgeous with the mosaic look of the panels of cats. LOVE it so much!!!

  13. WOW!! This looks fabulous, Susan! I used to swap pocket letters on the Janette Lane site (Pocket Letter Pals) a few years ago - do you do that?
Not made one in a while, but enjoyed doing it - such a labour of love and wonderful to receive. I was right about the kitty tail! Yay!! xx

    1. Not swapped on that site but I have swapped on various other sites . Also swap ATCs on their own. A couple of years ago I challenged myself to make a ATC each day of the year - managed it but not done anything like that since!!
