Stay Inspired & Stay Safe!

Because of this hop and the severe restrictions of lockdown in Melbourne, I have been trying to find myself different projects to do every day just to keep me going!

Today I followed a workshop from The Forget Me Not Kraft Kabin and Sharon Everett.
This was to use stencils, inks and stamps to make a couple of cards.
This is the first one I made:

As often when I join in with an online workshop I had to substitute various items. First I had to make some square stencils out of Mylar - and then add blocks of colour to a square of white card, with a selection of dye inks.
I used a small texture die (Crafter's Companion, Splats and Stains) to add some interest (top right, bottom left)
I then used the Tracy Scott stencil PS201 to add the flowers

Next some pen work using a white Posca and a black fine point Sharpie.
I added the die cuts 'just because' and the flower in black.  I added more pen work to these.

Finally I added it to a white card base with a black mat.

I  will add this to Leigh's Linky

Happy Crafting!
