I have used a sketch that is a UK Stampers Network challenge.
The images were printed pre-coloured, trimmed to size and matted on blue. I die cut a number of circles on which to place the sentiment, cut into words and with black distress around each one.

This happy little card is smile inducing to be sure! The Japanese Clouds once again make an amazing background for the little mice to fly their kites! Really, really cute!
