Note:  The theme doesn’t have to be taken literally.  You may use any word or phrase out of it for your project.

Find inspiration in the song or rhyme:

Rain Rain Go Away
Rain, rain, go away
Come again another day
Brother wants to play
Rain, rain, go away
Rain, rain, go away
Come again another day
Sister wants to play
Rain, rain, go away
Rain, Rain, go away
Come again another day
All the family wants to play
Rain, rain, go away

I have made a paper-pieced card on a kraft card base.

The image is Henry's Rainy Day printed on white twice, pink, and a patterned paper from my stash so that I could out the various pieces to layer up the image.

The first layer was white - I trimmed this to size and added vintage photo Distress ink round the edges. this piece was placed on the kraft card base. I coloured in the rain with pale blue. I then added a layer of acetate and then added the pink layer.

Next I added the patterned paper curtain piece. Finally I cut out all the further pieces and coloured them with markers and stuck them in place.

Finally I stamped the sentiment (Altenew) in black at the bottom edge.

Hope you will join in the challenge...

Happy Crafting!
