Here's my Birthday project...for Challenge #413 at Addicted to Stamps and More


Recipe:
  1. White card blank.
  2. Stampendous stamps Rose Friend stamped with black Archival.
  3. Painted with water colours.
  4. Sentiment - Happy Little Stampers stamp.
  5. Penwork around the edges.
  6. Splatter.
