Addicted to Stamps and More - Birthday Challenge #423



Here's my Birthday project...for Challenge #423 at Addicted to Stamps and More

This card is combination of a sheet of paper, a chipboard embellishment, and three circular die cuts on a beige card blank. I hand wrote the sentiment.
To send I would add an appropriate number to that top circle.
