Addicted to Stamps and More - Birthday Challenge #448


Here's my Birthday project...for Challenge #448 at Addicted to Stamps and More


I started with a blue card base matted with a paper from Graphic 45.
I then added the image matted on more blue with the sentiment die cut out of teh same cardstock.
