Color Dare #664

This picture shows the challenge - 


I used a white card base and added a dark blue mat. I stencilled the pale blue layer with Broken China Distress Oxide. I then stamped the owl in black Versafine Clair and embossed it with clear embossing powder.

    Using the clear embossing really brought out the owl stamp against the blue background... very pretty card
