That shrug will come in every so handy for popping on when you need a bit of warmth around your shoulders, really nice pattern! I adored the sentiment on your journal pages, that really struck home.

Great shrug! Quickly made too. I put a jumper away for charity toys when it was hot and now it's been cooler I should go back to it but my brain has moved on LOL! Loved you card, as you will have seen, and glad my ATC made it to you as well. Happy to see your ICADs too - more fun when others are doing it too :D
ReplyDeleteOn time? YES. Happy WOYWW!

ReplyDeleteLove the shrug Susan. Just right for Autumn. The ICADs look fabulous as do the journal page and ATCs. Stay safe and Happy WOYWW. Sarah
ReplyDeleteI love the butterfly fairy at the top - and the lighthouse pictures. Also love the chubby bird in your journal and what great words you chose to go with it.
ReplyDeleteDon't worry about the felting, it must be over ten years since i started a hedgehog and put it away because it looked like a lamb chop. I might try now i have more idea and finish it.

Wow, where to start! I do like the images from Co D, but to be honest, in your hands, I like most things! That shrug is going to be soo useful, what a gift of a knit. I've always fancied the iCad but now I'm,ok at it and it feels intimidating! I think it would be 'bitten off more than I can chew' at a fairly early point!
ReplyDeleteLovely shrug. Your journal page is great. Happy WOYWW. Angela. #12
ReplyDeleteHello Susan, Your journal page is lovely. The bird is so cute and I love the sentiment. The shrug looks so cosy. I particularly can't help admiring the sewing machine you're standing by. My first sewing experience was on a similar one my mother owned in the fifties. Have a great week. Elizabeth x #15
ReplyDeleteThis one has a long history having first been owned by my Dad's brother. It has then alternated between my parents house and mine in various places. I made my clothes on it as a teenager. It is still in working order but more of a piece of furniture these days
DeleteHi Susan, your one has arrived now but didn't get round to taking a photo and will do it for next week. They were gorgeous and loved the stamps too, they will go in my collection. Pleased my ones arrived with you too. But Oh! my the journal pages with the bird, I am in love it's brilliant. Happy woyww, hugs Angela x9x
ReplyDeleteohooo fabulous blog post, I LOVE the birdie art work with the splatters! I must do some! And yes!! Your ATC arrived Tuesday! and with lovely stamps too. I asked my local Post Office for some 'nice pretty stamps'....seeing they are sooo dear now....anyone would think I'd asked for the contents of the till, by the look I got! 'No pretty stamps here,' she said...meany! Your shrug looks nice and cosy! I spotted the sewing machine too, my mum had one. I was hoping that one day I would get it as I found it really easy to use....but no...It got pulled to bits and went down the tip when mum got a new machine. So sad! Happy WOYWW!?((Lyn))#17
ReplyDeleteThat is sad!!
