Gecko Galz February Challenges

This month the main Challenge theme is

There is only one rule, and that is you need to use at least ONE product from Gecko Galz!!

It can be one of the free products, stamps, collage images, or digital papers!! It is up to you!!

My February makes - are
Two meander books....
The first one was made with a 12 by 12, the second with a piece of A4.

The green pages work out to be about 3.75 by 2.75 inches (9.3 by 7cm) - perfect for ATCs or tin toppers. These are Cow Girls tin toppers.

The pink pages are 4 by 3 inches (10 by 7.5 cm) and I have used Glam on the Range.

The fold for the meander book is basically 3 by 4 rectangles with two cross cuts.

This is a quick video I made of the pattern:

I also made a set of Valentine cards: These are basically photo card blanks with heart shaped apertures. I used a heart shaped stamp around this and a blue Distress Oxide. The images are from Glam on the Range. The sentiment is from Stampin Up.

I forgot to photograph these individually before I posted them out so these next two images are of poor quality.

Woyww #819

It is Wednesday so I am linking to WOYWW at Sarah's craft shed

My desk shows Ollie's painting drying.

On the desk easel is my Wanderlust week 3 (still catching up) using watercolours.

I bought some yarn some weeks ago but as

the weather continues to be hot it remains I the bag!!

Happy WOYWW! I hope to get around to everyone this week. I thought I had last week but just checking I think it must have been in my imagination!

Gothic Challenge

Today I have been playing with the freebie image from the

MONTHLY Gothic Challenge

I printed the image 4 times to cut and decoupage it onto this tag:

The other items I used were black card, red shiny paper, lace and ribbons.

Addicted to stamps and more. Make your mark. #486

This is my Make Your Mark project...for the Challenge at Addicted to Stamps and More

During February I tend to make a few Valentine cards. This is a non-traditional one!

I started with a beige card bas and matted this with a piece of dotty paper from my stash. I used a fineliner add hearts to the dots. I then added the stamped bandicoot (a wooden stamp) on another beige card, coloured with pencils, matted on blue card. Finally I added the sentiment (Stampin Up) on more beige and blue.
