LOC Challenge #125

Today a new Challenge #125 starts at Left of Center
 'Torn Edges'.

Our sponsor is Rick St Dennis

I have used Garden Troll coloured with Promarkers and fussy cut.
The background is a card from my stash matted with a veggie plot from an upcycled Birthday card. 'April' is an Inkadinkado stamp matted on a scap of gold card.

This card was to be added to my calendar which you may remember from previous months - this was January...

The details of the calendar are as follows:
I started with a piece of plywood 'burned' with electricity
as detailed here in my blog in November.
I painted around the edge with black gesso.

So burnt edges rather than torn edges!

I added square cards using rings at the top.
These cards will flip over for successive months.
I added a calendar pad at the bottom on layers
of red card and DP from Graphic 45 An Eerie Tale.

This is April:

I will link this to April Dream in Darkness

Looking forward to seeing your LOC /Torn Edges make!

Happy Carrot growing!

  5. Great Troll, even being a cutie in some way, still creepy enough for me not to invite him in, LOL. Love the combination of background and image and such a perfect set for April. Thank you for playing in Dream in Darkness, hope to see you back soon.
