Thursday Project for LC Designs

Today I am showing you my Thursday Project for LC Designs

I am spotlighting something old and something new!!

Something Old

First I want to share with you a journalling page - the background involves layers of mister spray, color burst powder, distress inks and some Irresistible images.
But on top there are images from the very first Little Claire stamp set I bought!
These butterflies and sentiments were stamped on wrinkle free distressed card and distressed around the edges with 'Mowed Lawn'.

But now for something new...

This little robin stamp has now been released on the website...
I have used it to make two different cards...

First the Mini scalloped card blanks were matted with Mini papers (currently on sale!!)

I embossed the image using Versamark and red embossing powder. I then used Distress Inks as watercolour to paint the robins...

I then cut them out with nesting dies. For the sentiments - the first was the sentiment that came with the robin, the second I printed on the computer - and i edged these with a border die.

Two cute little cards!

Happy Crafting!

  1. The page is beautiful.
I love all f the butterflies.
I like to edge my stamps with ink like you
did the butterflies. Cover up the white
    from the paper.
    The robin is cute.
    thanks for sharing.
