Edgar Allan Poe Appreciation Day Blog Hop - Day 2


2017 POE BLOG HOP


The hop starts on January 19 at 9am PST and is a progressive hop spanning over 5 days.

I was very pleased to be the winner last year - see my last years posts by scrolling down here

My new make last year was this:



 I now have a second make to show you  for 2017...
Each month last year I added to my mixed media calendar, the base of which was a burnt piece of plywood as is the frame to the above. However I left this one unvarnished.

To continue this year I decided to make January a Poe page...




For the two sections I used Smeared Ink stamps with black Stazon stamped over the DP - the pinkish one is a Tim Holtz paper, the orangey one is from a Graphic 45 paper pad.
