This is my card:

The image is Sweet Treats coloured with an assortment of markers. I cut this out with a die from the Tonic ATC Collection and added some faux stitching with a fineliner.

I added this to a background formed of several pieces of card cut with a set of index card edge dies, on a white card base.

Finally I added rub-on words and faux stitched with a fineliner around the edges.

I really like your layout design for this card! It's been awhile since I've seen something similar to it, so it's been refreshing to see.
