Recipe:

Kraft square card blank
Layer of turquoise paper from a Smooth Card Stock 6 by 6 paper pack - from the Paper Mill, torn to fit.
Sentiment from the Festive Foil Statement Sticker Book from The Craft Stall
A few sparkly gems to finish.
