Addicted to Stamps and More - Birthday Challenge #403

 

Here's my Birthday project...for Challenge #403 at Addicted to Stamps and More


Recipe:
  1. Square Kraft card blank.
  2. Layer of orange card
  3. The image is Bugaboo's Birthday Balloon Word Art printed three times and cut out.
  4. I used a Micron pen to draw the strings.
