A Year of ATCs? - day 194

Today I am up to Day 194 of my 'Year of ATCs?'

This ATC is basically 3 layers of Gelli plate background.
I overstamped the topmost layer with Archival ink and a Rick St Dennis MFA stamp.
I was lucky enough to win the stamp set that this is from - and some other goodies -
from Rick and Sin City Stamps.

The stamp set is Sending Smiles Whimsical Art

I painted over parts of the image with silver Wink of Stella and used a fineliner to highlight these. Finally I added googly eyes.

I will enter this in the Rick St Dennis ATC Trade Anything Goes
