The good thing about digital layouts is that with a few clicks, the look can change completely. This is where I started:

Ooooh - currants :-) Well done you. I love how the pages are different. I like doing digi scrapbook pages too but sadly haven't done any for aaaaages !! xxxxxxxxxxx

but they kind of over-shadow the
