What's on your Workdesk Wednesday? #632

WOYWW

Wednesday again, so I am linking to the Stamping Ground.

My picture for WOYWW #632 shows my computer/crafting desk.  My middle son has just returned an old table - so I am now working on solid wood rather that a camping table. Makes such a difference for stamping. And it is slightly bigger!

On it you might be able to see the small 'Christmas in July' album I am making, yesterday's card and a pile of spinnings. By the way I don't find spinning really messy - all the alcohol ink is contained within the spinner - but I do try to remember to wear gloves!

Would you like a little sneaky peek at my album?

I haven't got a lot else to share - I haven't touched my journal this week!
But we did go to Doll's House Exhibition on Saturday - I have written about this here but this is a selfie of me as if I am in a doll's house...

And I will just share tonight's sunset...

Happy WOYWW !!

  1. what a sunset! And while your album looks quite sweet, Christmas in July sends a chill thru my bones. I am NEVER prepared for Xmas cause I refuse to even THINK about it till after Thanksgiving and that is clearly far too late. I doubt I will change at my age, but I am ever hopeful...

The doll house looks amazing. I can't wait till I feel safe going to a museum again...

    Happy Desk Hopping!

  4. Hi Susan, your album is looking fantastic, thanks for the sneak peep. The dolls house museum sounds fascinating although i'm not sure i'd like to meet a doll that big hee hee. Well done on getting your table back, now you can put your camping table to good use for more crafty things.

  5. Thanks for sharing your fun photo's Our sunsets have been awesome, but my camera don't do them justice. I can no way be doing any Christmas. Even hate the thought of getting out Fall supplies, time just flies by so fast. Have a great weekend.

  6. Your Christmas album looks fantastic - I've always wanted to make one of these with my Stamperia papers, but I'm still reluctant to cut them! And I have several (probably more than a dozen!) packs now - but they're just too pretty! The doll's houses look fun! Happy WOYWW! xx zsuzsa #24

  7. I am in total awe of your Christmas album, Susan. It is gorgeous. I also like that you are using inks in your spinner. SO much easier to clean afterward. Happy WOYWW from # 6.

  11. Start with the sunset…swoon. Can’t beat a sunset over water really! Love the album, gracious that’s so clever, did it take ages …have you been so into it that’s why you haven’t done anything in your journal? I would have had to give up sleeping to make that in a week! I never fail to love the checkerboard style borders.

  12. Gorgeous sunset Susan. The album is stunning too. That dolls' house picture reminds me of all those mentioned in the Chalet School series of books where the girls would make and furnish one each year for the annual sale. Stay safe and Happy WOYWW. Sarah #3

  15. Hi Susan thanks for the visit. It's all a bit stop start with this pandemic isnt it? We have less legal restrictions from today but don't know how long that will last! Gorgeous album, the sneak peak was too short lol! Have a good week, Cindy #8
