WOYWW 661

         WOYWW

Wednesday again, so I am linking to the Stamping Ground

Follow the link to find out more about What's on Your Work Desk Wednesday and maybe join in... This is my post for WOYWW #661

So what's on my workdesk?

This is what my desk often looks like - covered in all sorts of stuff! In the middle you can see a junk journal made from upcycled cardboard.
In the foreground there are hearts on my Cricut - I am making a heart hanging - and some wooden stamps that I picked up from a charity shop today.
Underneath the computer screen there is a roll of double sided adhesive tape that I use with small dies and a print out of images.

We arrived back from my youngest son's on Monday...we were looking after the granddaughter's while Matt went away for work. The girls are really growing up - this is Isabell

and Jasmine making me an espresso martini!

So not a lot of time to craft - but yesterday I made this journal page

And I now have a month of temperature blanket:

To finish a picture from the beach we visited today:

Hope you are all well - stay safe...

Happy WOYWW !!

  1. Wow. Loving the progress on your temperature blanket! Great colour choices. And you take me back to the days of making dry martini's for my Grandpa. Love the journal page too - I so feel the tug of my art journal but something is stopping me making a start. I really must, even if the page sucks. Life has just been far too chaotic. Maybe today will be the day...

    Back on track :D

  2. Morning Susan. Goodness - that temperature blanket is certainly full of hot colours! Brilliant progress. Sounds like you have had a great week - hardly any time to do craft - but time spent with grandies is so precious!
    Take care. God bless.

  4. I do like the colours of your temperature blanket, it's coming along really well! Sorry for being thick but are you doing one row per day? You'll end up with a decent sized blanket if you are. And a GD who makes you an espresso martini is worth her weight in gold, well, all of them are really!
