How can it be Wednesday again? I'm afraid I didn't get around to comment on you all this week - I hope I manage it this week!
Anyway I am linking to the Stamping Ground!
Follow the link to find out more about What's on Your Work Desk Wednesday and maybe join in... This is my post for WOYWW #713
My desk shows my newest journal open at a craft spread - waiting for inspiration to strike...The little palette of water colours on the right was in my Christmas stocking - I thought I might try it out!
I have added an ATC to my little desk diary (from my Art by Marlene Advent Calendar).
I decorated the little set of drawers this morning - using papers from Gecko Galz.
I joined in a Zoom Craft and Chat workshop on Friday morning. At the moment they start at 7am my time so its not too bad! Jo did a workshop making some little folders. These are the ones I made - two ATC size which I used to contain some of the ATCs I have made recently.
I'm afraid I have been spending online - so easy - especially now that I am back to normal - Kevin is in Egypt and our daughter is back home and teaching again with the start of the new School Year. This package was from Natalie May - always beautifully packaged and with a little gift!
I don't really have any news - but I have decorated my sewing machine for Chinese New Year!
Happy February and WOYWW!
A cool selection of projects Susan - sometimes we get inspiration from online too. Stay safe and Happy WOYWW. Sarah #?
ReplyDeleteLOL to the decorated sewing machine! Dear son displaced me so my sewing machine is lurking under my desk. Bah! Love ATC folders of all kinds and always like to see a new version. I have 3 or 4 go-to ones but you can never have enough! Your crafty package is very lovely - enjoy using it all.
ReplyDeleteHappy WOYWW Early for a change!

I love the sewing machine, my grandmother had one just like it. I actually first fell in love with sewing on one of those. I can understand you buying new stuff, there are so many great things available now. Happy woyww creating, Angela x?x
ReplyDeleteYour photo of your sewing machine brought back such happy memories. My ex mother in law gave me hers and I made all my children's clothes on it. Unfortunately it was left behind when I had to escape the family home and the next wife lay claim to it . . . but how I loved that machine . . . thanks for sharing the lights on it.
ReplyDeleteThat's a lovely crafty package, enjoy it.
Have a good week

ReplyDeleteIt sounds like you are all ready to go - fresh journal pages and new stash - lovely! Your sewing machine is gorgeous, I remember my grandma had one like that - they made them like works of art rather than just a functional piece of equipment.
ReplyDeleteHope you have a great week,

ReplyDeleteHi. Love the decorated sewing machine. My grandmother taught me to sew on a machine exactly like that. She was a tailoress. I am about to do some online shopping - of a crafty nature 😀 Anne x 21
