Gorgeous, love the torn backing paper, so pretty, hugs, Lori m
ReplyDeleteSusan, the torn edges for your card is perfect for your floral and the word background and love the bow embellishment. Beautiful card.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! I love the distressed look and the flower stamped on the word background. Our colors look great!
ReplyDeleteStunning! The soft colors...the floral image...the print...everything!
ReplyDeleteI haven't done torn edges in sooo long! And I have always loved the look. This is so very pretty. I'm also a big fan of any kind of text like the BG of the flower.
ReplyDeleteOoh - this is pretty! I love bookprint - it looks so great on a card. I can't bring myself to use actual book pages, seems blasphemous to tear up a book. But to add a simple floral image on top of it - just WOW. This is my favorite.
ReplyDeleteI pick up old books from charity shops, usually going very cheaply or free. They otherwise might end up in landfill so I am happy to give their pages a new life! I have made a couple of altered books recently where I cut out the centres of the pages to make hidden spaces. These pages will keep me going for a long time!
