What's on Your Workdesk? Wednesday 627

WOYWW

Wednesday again, so I am linking to the Stamping Ground.

First of all I would like to share my happy mail from 624... This is the lovely post that has arrived so far! Thanks again to Zsuzsa, Caro, Diana, Maureen, Lynne, Angela and Lisa Jane!

Actually I have received lots of happy mail this week - a crafty prize just now - and several packets from online shopping! It is just too easy to click this and click that, especially when in lockdown. Hopefully things will ease a little tomorrow. Our numbers are nothing like those in teh UK or other countries but the powers that be have definitely been cautious.

Here is my desk picture for WOYWW #627

The first time I linked up to WOYWW was week 576 on June 18th, 2020  - I think that means that next week I will have linked up every week for over a year!

Still in the utility room. I am in the middle of a workshop by Natalie May, making a canvas cover to go over my large Dylusions journal. The stencil on the top is from Art by Marlene - which arrived in the post yesterday...

I managed to get two Wanderlust weeks finished this week -
Week 22 with Shawn Petite

and Week 23 with Kate Crane

I also discovered ICAD but if you want to see more details of these makes please scroll down to the next post.

To finish a fantastic sky the other night:

And surprise birds on the bird table and through my craft room window today:

Happy WOYWW !!

  1. Wow Susan, you received a plethora of wonderful ATCs and postcards. I love your ICADs. The pelican is amazing and the Lucky stars are incredible. I post mine every Saturday and only on my blog.

You have a lot of birds visiting you, too. It's like a nature preserve in your back yard. Happy WOYWW from # 3.

  2. How lovely to receive such a lot of happy mail and new stash! You’ve been busy at your desk, the iCards are fab, I like them very much. You win the prize for the most random photo this week, that massive bird on your feeder made me hoot!

  3. I love happy mail and you have really hit the jackpot with your pile o' goodness. The birds made me smile, and the ICAD samples tempt me. But no, I am making cards to replenish my stash. Maybe one day but not this year!

It goes without saying (but still I will!) that your art journal pages are inspirational and stunning.

  14. Well you deserve happy post, specially in lockdown again. I love the canvas you’re working on, and do you know, I’m not scared by the look of that stencil, even my non multi media mind could use that! You really are one of the most prolific crafters I’ve met Susan, I bet you had an incredible reputation for efficiency at work!
