Steampunk Serengeti Blog Hop 2021 Post #31 September 5

Once again Leigh is leading a hop...

LeighSBDesigns Steampunk Serengeti Blog Hop!
August 6 - 31, 2021

This has been extended to September 10th so a few more days!

For more details hop over to Leigh's page

My plan today was to illustrate an ostrich/emu. I have a little die which is part of a Cut,foil & Emboss Die Set. I wanted to foil it so I got out my TODO.

But I couldn't get it to heat up properly. So Plan B...

Here is today's ATC!

I used three layers of patterned paper to make the base - scraps from my stash.
I used a kraft paper to die cut some vegetation and the patterned to cut the emus.

I added vintage photo Distress Ink round the edges and black pen to emphasise the shapes.
Finally I added a sparkly gem.

I will link this to Leigh's Linky

Happy Crafting!
