I have used this sort of thing as Christmas table favours with little gifts or 'flat' chocolates inside.
Having folded the little envelopes I decorated them with embellishments.
This first one has Beccy's free poinsettia, printed cut out and added to the front.
I put a little decorated notebook in this one.
As these are going to a crafty friend I have placed a few bits of ephemera in them.
I will add this to the challenge

These are wonderful Susan, you've decorated them beautifully! Great idea to add the ephemera to your friend's gift, but I also like the idea of flat chocolates or even gift cards.
