Here is my make for Ike's World Challenges!

The current Challenge (#121) is F is for Fold

and this is my midway post...I have made a gate fold card...

If you pop over to Ike's World Challenges you will find there is a super freebie to pick up...

one of the brides from Brides, Set of 4

You might like to use this for the Challenge - but your image is free choice!

I have used Flower Square.

I coloured this with markers to use as a paper....

The flowers on the closing band are cut from another page.

I added a tag inside to be used as a to/from label.

Hope you will pop over to Ike's World Challenges and see the DT's inspiration for the current challenge - and join in!

A gate fold card is the theme for Mrs A's Butterfly Challenge this month and she gives instructions on how to make three different versions here
I will link this card to this challenge.
My card has included most of the elements from the wheel...

a new Christmas Challenge every Saturday!

Today Crafty Hazelnut brings a new weekly Christmas Challenge
with the theme 'Non-traditional colours'.

Do pop over and see the fabulous inspiration from my teamies!

Here's my card...using pink and blue!

Continuing with the friend's challenge of a couple of day's ago, to use that deer die -  a
magazine freebie - in an interesting way...

I again used the negative die cut as a stencil, with a pink Distress Ink on a blue die cut.

I used a white card blank matted with a pink paper distressed around the edges with the same ink. I added the blue die cut, the deer cut from kraft paper and a few gems.

I hope you will join the
CHNC Challenge 442

Oddball Freebie CCC 57

I love receiving the Friday Freebie from Oddball Art Stamps
These are available when you subscribe to the Oddball Newsletter.

Oddball Art Stamps

Watch your email for this week's image!

Today's make uses the freebie Pet Sematary...

I have started altering a box to keep a few ATCs in!

I used papers from Tim Holtz and 'The Other Side' by Craft Box to first cover the box. I decided not to paint it first as I loved the burnt look of the original...

I printed the image on kraft and grey papers before colouring with Copics and then fussy cutting the pieces.
Finally I added some embellishments.

Happy Little Stampers June ATC Challenge - Reminder

The theme is 'Christmas' when creating either Artist Trading Cards or Artist Trading Coins.

Do pop over to the Happy Little Stampers blog to see the inspiration from my team-mates.

I have made two more Christmas ATCs  as a Challenge Reminder...

Recently I was challenged by a friend to use that deer die - magazine freebie - in an interesting way...

Initially I just used the hint of using the negative die cut as a stencil, using scraps from my stash, Brushed Corduroy Distress Ink and a little washi.

But then, thinking 'out of the box', I used the die to cut many of the antlers and the sentiment in green. I then made an ATCoin featuring a wreath, using scraps as the base..

I added some small die cut flowers, gems and a bow embellishment.

Happy Christmas in June!

Hope you will join the challenge!
