Last minute Gecko Galz Challenges

      I was just looking through my photos in my album and realised that I never posted some of my makes...

First there is the

MONTHLY Christmas Challenge

I loved this image! I made a simple card using a teal glossy card blank matted with a pinkish cardstock

I added the image and then various die cuts in the same colours.

I added a couple of fish inside:

Secondly I have the

Steampunk Challenge

I made an ATC using an Gecko Galz ATC back Time Flies with the challenge image, decoupaging the train.

I am almost at the end of my July Junk Journal so this is the last timelapse that I will share - next week it will be a proper photo!

This starts with yesterday's page and then moves on to today when the three prompts were rainbow, frames and snapshot.

I am sharing weeks 6 and 7 of my ICADs this week - and next week it will be the last two sets.

Anyway, all for now - see you next week... hopefully I  will manage to visit you all this week... I only got to a few last week...

Today I am sharing a journal page which is a mash - up of 

Lorri's Painted Faces

and

Brave

Firstly I made paper dolls using Lorri's Painted Faces (I coloured these with markers). The bodies are cut from a page from Brave.

I used another page from Brave and decoupaged this around the paper dolls.

At the same time I made a page in my July Junk Journal using one of Lorri's Painted Faces.

This is an index card...

I used gelatos for my background - scribbling them onto a gesso's background, spritzing them with water and blending them with my finger.

The stamps are from Stampin Up - Let's Set Sail.

I am afraid I didn't make #684. My daughter and I went on a week's trip. We bought flights that would do multi-cities so we visited Adelaide and Sydney from Melbourne and back! It was a week of sightseeing and culture -the ballet in Adelaide, La Traviata in the Opera House in Sydney and Moulin Rouge at one of the theatres. Plus lots of art galleries, museums, walks seeing wildlife. I only did some of my temperature blanket in the way of craft (and that has become very blue!!)

But to get to today, my workdesk is again a timelapse of that little junk journal. 

The three prompts were fluros, unique and magazines. My pictures were cut from Daphne's Diary magazine.

I will share more ICADs next week - although I have caught up on the JJJ, I still have a few to catch up on on them...

Addicted to Stamps and More - Any Occasion #434

The above is my Any Occasion project...for Challenge #434 at Addicted to Stamps and More

I have used black glossy card blanks matted with pieces of a gelli pull.

I then embossed images from the Visible Image Stamp set Creative Chaos in black.

The Gelli pull used teal and gold acrylic paint and yarn to form the lines.
