House of Cards October Challenge

This is my latest make for the Design Team of House of Cards

 Here's the challenge!

Use a gatefold and/or colours...

I made a gatefold card - here it is as it comes out of the envelope:

And then with the ribbon untied:

You will find directions for making this card in my video here

In this card I have used DP from Vintage Wonders Paperstack from the Works (3 pounds!!) The photos seem a little washed out  - but they do match the colour swatch above!
The stamp I have used is one of my favourites from Indigo Blu stamped with SU 'Garden Green'

The digi sentiments are from Dragons Lair Designs
and From the Heart Digistamps overstamped with the rubber stamp.

I have added the oval tag with a brad rather than sticking it in place.

Hope you will join in the Challenge!

Happy Crafting!

  5. Susan, this is totally beautiful! I adore the paneled effect you created--and the sheer bow is so pretty and the perfect way to keep this creation closed! Stunning card, friend! Sending HUGS! :) Mynn xx
